This course is designed for Registered Nurses (RN) teaching or preparing to teach in a nursing program as a Nursing Educator, Nurse Preceptor, Nursing Mentor or a Clinical Nursing Instructor. The course focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities of such roles, ensuring that nurses in these roles can provide the leadership, mentoring, support, guidance, and feedback necessary for students to succeed in their clinical placement and facilitate safe, ethical, quality practice.
