This course brings the theories to practice. It describes community and institutional based education and their relationship to Adult Education. The participants will further learn about developing presentation and decision-making skills while facilitating groups and teams. This course includes units on diversity and leadership in Adult Education, community based education and case studies. This is a compulsory course for the Certificate in Adult Education.
